hey friends! Come crochet with me this solid grainy square floor pillow. I don’t know about y’all, but there’s something special about sitting on the floor, but I hate that that my ankles get sore from pressing against the ground. Lucky for me I can create things for myself; solutions without price tags. This is your reminder to use your creativity first. It’s a wonder what we can come up with 💜

People ask how I keep my yarn…in cakes! Yarn in donuts and certain skein types, I cake as soon as I get it. If I can get a center pull (which those of you from my intro to crochet workshops know isn’t always easy), i’ll use a center pull until it collapses (always happens eventually lol) then I wind it up/cake it. These cakes sit flat on the shelf, stack well and gives me another opportunity to play with yarn and be patient.
